1. What you are buying
You buy a licence to use a digital product (templates, courses, e-books, tools or similar). You do not buy the copyright. Make My Works or its licensors keep all ownership rights.
2. Your licence
The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may use the product for your own work or your own business. You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload, publish, or give away the product, your access code or any part of the content.
3. Access codes
Each customer receives a private access code with a limited number of devices and, sometimes, an expiry date. Codes that are shared or misused may be switched off without refund. Keep your code safe.
4. Payments and delivery
Payments are confirmed with you directly (for example on WhatsApp). Digital products are delivered by sending your access code after payment is confirmed.
5. Protection of content
Protected pages show a watermark that identifies the access session. Copying, scraping, screen recording for redistribution, or removing the watermark is not allowed and may lead to loss of access and legal action.
6. No guarantees
Products are provided as they are. Results depend on how you use them, so we cannot promise specific outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
7. Advertising
This site may show paid promotions. They are clearly labelled and explained in our Advertising disclosure.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and the site from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
