When we refund
Because digital products are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. If a product is faulty or cannot be accessed and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will make it right.
When we cannot refund
We cannot refund after content has been downloaded and used successfully, changed your mind, or for access codes that were shared or misused.
